Copy your runtime to an external drive and re-install Poser to your new machine as a clean install.
Then delete the runtime in your new install and replace it with the copy from the external drive.

I have used this method successfully twice last year when I had 2 hard drives die on me, I used a clean install and then used my backed up runtime in place of the original, no problems!!
