hmmm......this could get entirely out of hand before too long.....my point in this was to see if others thought that i was indeed standing on senjin's shoulders with the idea of images with playing card backgrounds, not necessarily that he laid claim on the design of a laying card, but that the idea of creating an image with Poser that's designed to look like one was originally his......thereby leaving me the rip-off artist (no pun intended)....i think the point has been well made that i had no way of knowing about his logo or store items, therefore i retain the position that i had when this began......i had an idea that i thought was my own, and decided to roll with it......end of story......so perhaps we should let it lay before this thread, like so many similar ones before it, becomes a field day for brutalization of a fellow artist's character......thanks everyone for posting and making your feelings known........ ;)
