Sorry for the late reply, been at work!!
Press and hold Ctrl and press "print screen" then release both.
This puts whatever's on your screen onto the clipboard for use later.

Then go into your 2D package [photoshop or whatever] and in a new file click on "edit, paste" and your screen capture [dump] that you did above will be there, save it and post it here!
