Subject: Is this the most realistic P6 can achieve, Lightwise, and skin wise??

This is V3 using Occlusion Master and Real Skin Shader by Face_off, both available here in the market place.  I am extremely happy with the results.  I think better can still be achieved with Poser, but I think this image does speak volumes for the possibilities.
