Subject: Is this the most realistic P6 can achieve, Lightwise, and skin wise??

What i'm wondering now is .. does Real Skin shader do anything to help what poser 6 IBL already does? Cause look, personally i think this render is great. So i don't know if Real Skin shader would help anymore. It's NO RAYTRACING, and P6 IBL light with one spot light.
