Well that's another way of doing it [LOL].

Ok, it looks to me like you've completely lost your window altogether, either you moved it below the bottom line or it's done a wobbly which isn't good!

Anyway, the solution is easy enough:
Go to Edit/Preferences and then tick "launch to factory state"  "set preffered state" and click ok, then go back out of Poser and then restart it and your window should be back.

The wording on Poser 5 might be a bit different, I don't have it any more! Should be easy enough to do anyway!
