To move the window, put your cursor at the top of it, hold your left mouse button down and just drag it around.
You can resize it a number of ways, drag from the corners as you would any window, or go into render options and set the render dimensions in there!

If I use conforming clothes, I'll dress first and pose second but sometimes you'll need to conform again after posing, it depends.
For dynamic clothing, you set your pose before the cloth but it's not as simple as that, best stick to conforming when you're new and move on to dynamic when you're more comfortable with the programme!
