Thanks all! My only real experience with these are the XD cards. They fit great into envelopes for snail mail, and hold data pretty well going overseas and don't cost a whole lot. But I've recently started buying SD. Was wondering how long I could keep data on a card before it starts to loose info. Certainly not long term storage, but wondered how long can something be stored on it before it degrades. I'm not writing to the card everyday, but data does stay on it longer than I go around writing to it.
