I wouldn't say there's no interests in children.  for about 2 months or so, I had children in all my pictures, and they generated a nice number of comments and a couple of them products a nice number of hits and a pic of the week over and Pros.  So from my experience kids pics rank around the same numbers as any non-half naked woman pic.
