FWIW, I use Eudora, which has "trash" and "junk" filters, some of which is set by me, some of which is interepreted by the software.
Nevertheless, in spite of the fact that I have allowed Renderosity Ebot emails access, there are those occasional ebot messages which end up in the Junk box.
"We haven't made any changes to the way ebots work or go out in a long while so not sure why you would all the sudden not be receiving them."
Considering that over the years, renderosity ebot weirdness/inconsistency has been a recurring theme in the complaint department, I would not out-of-hand dismiss it so quickly as User Error, y'know?
