I can see where making poses universal would be tricky, but I don't see why it would be a big deal to whip up something to convert poses from v3 to v4.  Really all I need is something to compensate for the fact that v3 has a buttocks part, and v4 does not.  I can live with tweaking arms because of the difference in length, etc.
