No - by the time it gets to there, there's nothing on it but some dust that has landed. It comes out of the film processor (all the developing and cleaning baths, and a dryer) and you hang it on the rack next to the printer. Whatever dust is in the air between haning it and "squeegee-ing" it is all you're wiping off.
