Here is an idea-
Instead of 90 days and out.
How about total sales in 6 months. Say if in the first 6 months it has less then 20 or 30 or 40 (what ever) sales it goes the clearance/warehouse route. But if it is more then that it stays in the store.
Fare enought for the quality legacy products yet still weeds out the non starters.
