Both really, I only got started in Cinema6 because it was free, but because it is such an old version, tuts are hard to come buy. I guess it would be the same as looking for Poser 3 tuts LOL

I have also got Hexagon2 & Carrera but am embarassed to say I have not got around to opening them yet. I guess I probably need too, as I am probably sure there would be more tuts for them than Cinema6
