I have that set and just did a quick peek at a .cr2 file and a .pp2 file and didn't find any calls to a .bum file.  Of course, I deleted the P4 version a while ago so that may be your issue.  The package comes with both P4 and ProPack versions and the PP version only uses .jpg files.  My suggestion would be, if you're not using P4, just go into the Character, Pose and Props folders using Windows Explorer and delete the GreekBath P4 folders.  It won't affect the package at all and you won't get the call to a .bum file.
