you know... i dont want to scoff at canoma (okay, so maybe i do, since i couldnt afford it anyway ;) ) but... what is the difference between using canoma and just compositing your figures with a 2d image? i mean, canoma is supposed to make like that wall there 3d, so you can sit the figure on it, right.... but she isnt casting any shadows on it or vice versa, so they still dont look as if they are really interacting with the scene. ya know? :/ i mean, with most of the canoma stuff i've seen here, that's what it looks like, poser figures composited on a 2d photo. maybe there's some other benefit, like composing and working in 3d, that i'm not aware of from only seeing the final products. but it is a cool scene, steve. :)
