Ok, well I can't think of any other reasons right now as to why the conform isn't showing!! Strange!!

When you save the finished image in Poser, save it out as a png or Tiff file. The reason is that these have what are called Alpha channels so in Photoshop the background appears transparent. All you need to do then is open your background image and your Poser image in Photoshop and put one on top of the other as a "layer", Obviously if your background appears in the front, you will need to move it to the back [LOL].
There is a disadvantage with this method in that you need to set up the correct light in Poser to match your background image!
Once done with any adjustments, flatten your layers and save as a jpg or whatever else you want!!
