well, in an era where they even put covers on piano legs, pictures might be scarce. Although, and I hate to admit it, there was a lively postcard industry during the Civil War of prawnography (you know what I mean..;), which is why they passed laws against sending such through the mails. You could probably find a lot of reference pics that way..I'm sure they're out there somewhere..;)
