Just a guess, but it's probably a case of Poser loading an OBJ file with the same name as one of the ones from this set.

Base, Floor, and/or Ground are the most likely suspects.

To check, import all the OBJ files rather than loading the prop sets.

To fix, you can rename the files in this set, and edit the references to them in the prop and PZ3 files.
