sealtm2 - did you use a different user account in Windows ?  The Poser 7 runtime libraries are stored specific to each user account.

Example:  let's say I have two user accounts on my windows OS computer.  The libraries I add to Poser 7 while in account A ( and then exit Poser),  are not available to me if I switch to Account B and launch poser in account B.
