You might be able to get something close to the dress you want by finding one that's generally the right shape and making a transmap for the texture (so that parts are made invisible). Alternatively, a combination of the V4 catsuit and a mini-skirt might work, again if you transmapped them.

Afraid that I don't have any ideas for the jacket and gloves... (although I think Serrge included a short jacket with his Chastity clothes set for V2 - it might have worked if converted to V4 with wardrobe wizard or similar)
