I had a run at what you suggested pjz99:

• Zeroed ALL Scale / Rotation / Transformation dials
  * Export > Wavefront OBJ > As Morph Target (no world translations)
• Load Morph Target to default V4

...Poser 6 hangs, Poser 7 closes down completley.

Am I missing something? It's probably me :).

I'll give Lyrra's suggestion a try tonight.
