Sorry I've been unable to keep up with this thread but I'm trying to determine a purchase strategy to enact just as soon as I collect the vast sums of monies that have been promised to me.  Dr. Datti Williams' offer has put me right where I need to be now so I've decided to purchase NIgeria!

With so many scam artists running about I think I will have no trouble in staffing my new State Department :)
