I'd have to agree on this one. Can't say that's a terribly respectable habit to get into...
Why exactly would you feel the "NEED" to apply advisory tags just to generate interest?

As ClawShrimp alluded to above, The image itself certainly begs of a zillion questions! ...

The list could go on and on... In short, don't just post an image, Tell us "How You Did It." - THAT'S how you generate interest..

 

I suspect that all it is : Some sort of new FilterProcess that allows one to Rotate a Photo on the Y Axis. You can easily Mirror an image with PS, PSP, Gimp etc. the trick is the partial rotation on the Y axis.
FaceGen, I think it is has a built in that Rotates a pic on the Y axis to get it as close as possible to Bang on Dead Ahead.

I agree with everyone else here.
If you want to post this, please use it as an Informational Post and tells us what you used and have accomplished.
