Looks to be a pretty cool filter, but yep, the PS forum would prolly have been more appropriate. 

 

Actually, it is NOT image manipulation, this is the great thing about it!!!
 
It is a full-blown 3D FaceShop that rotates the head around in any angle, but deposits the resulting image straight back into Photoshop.
Believe me, if this was just a pixel-pushing filter, I would not be this excited...
