Yes, you can easily import your current runtime to P5, 6 or 7.  They support multiple runtimes, so you can add as many as you want.  No need to move anything.

I am using P6 and really like it.  I liked P5, too, but P6 is better. 

Still haven't upgraded to P7.  I'm thinking about it, but so far, it doesn't seem to have anything I can't live without.
