She wrote a bad review claiming bad customer service before I even had a chance to check the trouble and get back to her on it. I even offered a refund when I couldn't find the trouble. The required products are plainly listed in the store text. I apologized above for the misunderstanding, but is is reasonable to assume user error after the product has been retested and almost a thousand satisfied users that do not have this problem.
Acadia I have asked the store to issue you a refund for your purchase price. You may keep the product to use if you wish. Sorry for the trouble.
