Despite the fact that e-On says the 291050 is for all versions, it means for all versions for Infinite and xStream above the pre-release. Someone at e-On needs to learn how to speak English the way the rest of us do. Maybe they had too much coffee when they wrote the copy.
For Pro and below the build is different, 291200. It fixes many issues, but still seems to be a little "crashy." The module Biosphere.eon is particularly cranky! If you do not need this patch, you might want to wait until it is Final, rather than Beta.
