If that's a lacewing, you get a pretty titanic licewing in your neck of the woods, but it certainly doesn't look dangerous. No jaws and no sting make a reasonably safe combination, except from the point of view of the insect in question. That wing pose looks decidedly harmless, from a human point of view. Wasps, hornets and mosquitoes always seem inclined to leave the engine running.
