Ok Leave your main library folders as is!
Create sub folders inside your main folders for example:
 Props Folder [sub folder buildings]
Props folder [sub folder clothing]
Props folder [sub folder Weapons]

Do this with all your main folders.
Each sub folder can then be sub foldered again for example: Props/clothing/V4 clothing
or Props/clothing [same as above] /V3 clothing, I hope you get it, I'm not good at explaining!!
As another example your weapons folder could be sub foldered again for hand guns or swords.

Navigation is dead easy if you use the little black arrow at the top right!
Hope that gives you some idea.

Incidentally I didn't divide my DAZ peeps folder, it's set up like this: Character/people [sub] /DAZ people [sub] and that's it, all my DAZ peeps are in that folder, V2, V3, V4, A3, M3, H3 etc. etc.
