Hark, a geode !

Actually, I think it's just a geode that hasn't grown it's outer shell yet.

It develops a hard protective outer crust as it plummets to earth.  Otherwise, it would get all burned up and we would never see one ....... except for .... the most excellent picture at the top of this post.

Or, it might just be ............................................... a lens flare. :blink:___Oh, do ya think?
