I guess if the figures are fairly close in proportions and the difference between the original and the modified meshes are fairly subtle, some morphs might still be useful.  Or, just make new fit morphs for the modified mesh.

I've been out of touch with the community for the last year or so, are there any good tools available today for making fit morphs?
