Yeah, I was reading the terms of use on V3 and V4 few weeks ago, when I was making the victorian stuff for V3, and one can not simply take their mesh and offset and tweak it without being in violation of their copyright. Or at minimum being parellously close. (Too close for my comfort)
Going from memory, there's a clause in there that meshes and their dorect derivatives may not be re-distributed.

So I always start with a basic shape and work inwards. Many times the layout of facets works out better for the piece I'm making this way.

I haven't sifted through Apollo terms of use to that level of detail.
