For a while I had alot of trouble getting D:Runtime to load, but it's huge.  Finally, one night, the last thing I did before I went to bed was try loading the external Runtime.  I left the computer on all night, and even forgot that I'd tried.  The next day I was going through my External runtimes, with Poser, and it's been there ever since.
