No. Shoes and gloves don't really convert.
On the picture I posted to this thread, you can see the hands of the gloves look too small for M3. The gloves and shoes were not resized to fit M3. The "hand" section of the glove fits, but the fingers are not reshaped to fit M3's longer fingers, they are too short. The same for Shoes. It will conform, and if you just HIDE the fingers and feet, you won't get poke-through, but it's not a true conversion. Make sense?
Crossdresser tends to convert too large for M3. Conversions of jackets have the shoulders way too large. Conversions of pants have the lower leg too large. I guess I will have to experiment on using "poke- through" adjustments in reverse to slim down these conversions? On the picture I posted on this thread, I used percentages to slim down the clothing to better fit M3.
85% on X for the "shin.
Enlarge the neck with a -15% taper.
