Since I began in 9/05, around $10,000. This year, probably $1,500...Last month...$100....
I have worked at a job for 21 years in Accounting. It helps with the extras, my car note, food and my Poser habit...
HOWEVER, hubby and I have decided to have a new home built and we are closing on it 7/26/07 and have not sold the house we live it yet. He has VERY nicely told me I have to be a little more thrifty.
My spending must go way down, which it has. Every holiday, instead of presents, I ask for Gift Certificates. My Renderosity Gift Certificates are used up. I am below $200 at Content Paradise which sells products from many stores. However, my birthday is in November and Christmas is far away. No gift certficates for awhile.
I DO smoke, however my husband doesn't and we don't go on vacations because my boss will not let me be gone for more than a couple of days. We don't go clubbin'....I like to go to bed at 9 or 10, then get up around 3 am and see what is happening in Poserland.
I am 51 and Larry is 56, he loves sports and has season tickets to the Houston Texans. He has his sports hobbies, collections, etc.
Poser or 3d art has given me a calm place to be away from the hustle and bustle of Houston, seeing the sadness of the homeless on my way to and from work, the harsh words my boss throws at me and everyone here, the mean people on the freeway...
To be able to make art has been therapy for me....
My only regret is that I bought things I will never use and I cannot make the clothes I want.
I hope one day there will be a really good software that is only for clothes...everyday clothes....Clothes for Mill Baby and Kiki and Kit. And the little toon characters.
One of my favoriate artist of children is Ruth Morehead. I have the little children, but I cannot make the clothes. I can take apart clothing in Poser and use a sleeve here and a ruffle there, however that is very difficult.
I am thinking of purchasing Clothing Creator by Phil C.
On a roll here...sorry!!!
