Make the neck invisible to show a gap between head and body? Use the grouping tool to spawn the head with eye holes cut out?  Use grouping tool to remove mesh at the wrist? Remove the skin map from the face and give it a plasticky materials setting? Make a zipper using Poser primitives and stick it somewhere it will be seen?  Just stabs. Actually cutting the mesh with a transparency map would probabbly be easier then cutting the mesh.
