In the "Marketplace" everything is permitted.

Actually the Marketplace has exactly the same TOS as the rest of the site - no nudity in the thumbnails or on the first page promo.

If you're seeing a nude thumb in the marketplace, please let me know so that it can be corrected.

Images aren't removed from the galleries because of nudity. If you need clarification on why something was removed, please ask - although as you've never had an image removed, I'm not sure what has prompted your post.
