I hate to say it...but, Christmas lights do tend to stay up 12 months a year, around here. I am not sure why. There's a house up the street that has a flea market in the front yard. (And, I don't even live in a trailer park...) Must be Florida. Hummmmm....and, I hear Janet Reno is gonna run for governor, too. But, I do have the awnings...only mine are orange. They cut down on the a/c costs, so folks believe. No doubt, if I walk around town, long enough, I will find that Gremlin for ya as well. ;)
