Here you can see why remapping the genitals will be a real Levantine PITA (and without the humus).  Hellborn's WWG and P4WWG and Eve have had their genitals hacked, diced and sliced so many times that what remains is one unholy mess.  Sorting this out and remapping it will take a lot of dedication and concentration on my part, but I DO believe that it is doable.  Will keep you'll posted.
