It's been apartment life for mee too tioll just couple of years ago or so.
I miss the days of calling the landlord to fix things. Now we have to do it all ourselves.

It's hard work asking my stronger half to lift and move things, you know! 
On the other hand, he can't make a 45° miter to save his life... maybe all this precise 3D ing is paying off.
