Try this. 1.Create a new layer. Set your colors to white and gray. 2.Fill 2nd layer with gray. 3.Apply Filter/Texture/Grain/stippled. 4.Apply Filter/Motion blur/@ 90 degrees. 5.Adjust transparency to taste.
