CRPro has many, many cards up it's sleeve! It is most commonly used to scan and repair bad references, but the Content and Dependencies Tool allows you to copy or move content (together with all the referenced files) and make content zip packages.

I've made a quick tutorial to show how to do this... I've gone into a lot of detail, but I'm sure you'll all see it's really just a couple of easy steps.
