I'd like to know the answers to these as well.  I was about to post similar questions, but noticed this thread.  I just bought the doll a couple of days ago.  One more question:  When I morph her face her teeth and eyes poke out of her head.  I can adjust these, no problem.. but I'm just wondering, is this supposed to be happening?
