I used to organize by figure; but now the difference in Poser's load ime, from my external to a minimum Poser intall, is like 5 minutes!

Here is a link to a thread I started on how to divide my one external runtime, into several others, based on then having one figure per runtime.  It's not free yet, but at least it's possible.
