I tried that also.. and I'm sure you are right.. I just can't figure out what it is... I've even tried downloading from another computer on a completely different network. IE doesn't seem to make a difference and I've tried turning of the Windows firewall also... and anything else I could think of that might be causing the file corruption.... I'm out of ideas lol.
