Subject: Creating groups in poser

Select all the polys in poser first, and in the grouping tool, somewhere near bottom right select 'reverse normals' or something like htat (don't have poser open here)  That'll get the faces tured the right way to start with. 

After that, what I like to do in many cases is I let poser 'auto group first, which takes care of the proper naming etc, then I export the OBJ to UV mapper, and fine tune my grouping there. Selecting individual faces in poser is a pretty masochistic exercise... well, the whole rigging proces seems to be like that!

Modelling is the easiest part!
