HI!

I asked at Daz for that file bout a year ago but got no clear answer, they only pointed me to some program that converts textures between characters.

Dived deep into some old CD's and found the file there, strange how things have turned out, one finds it more easy to browse the Internet for files then in the own backyard.

Anyway I dont think the Victoria3UVs.exe is to be found at Daz anymore.
