I think you need to select just the polygon that is flipped.
I'm not sure if that polygon is flipped the wrong way, or it doesn't let you select it. If it's flipped, there should be a hole there. With black background, I can't tell if it's a hole, or a misbehaving face.
One tip on this: I nopticed that if I uncheck 'export normals' when exporting from hexagon, they will all be turned one way.. or another, making it easy to flip all of them at once in Poser.
Trying to nail one polygon in Poser is much like trying to get a tight hold on a wet hard booiled egg. It either slips or you end up with a big mess ;)
Take the genital groupped faces, and put them into hip or thigh groups.
