Subject: Problem with product.

-Wolfie- ( ) posted Fri, 20 July 2007 at 12:38 PM · edited Wed, 26 February 2025 at 11:32 PM

I purchased a product the other day, and as soon as I loaded it in Poser 6 I noticed there were a few problems with it.  So I decided to try it in Poser 5, and when trying to load one of the pieces it crashed and closed Poser outright.

I tried again in Poser 6, and it had the same results.  So thought it could be the machine I was using at the time. (My laptop) So tried it on my desktop system and got the same results again.  Both of my systems are more then capable of handling this package.  I double checked my render settings that they were the same as what was recommended on the promo page for the item and still same problem.

I redownloaded the file today, and it is still not working properly.

I tried contacting the vendor, as they requested on their promo page, to ask for help, and have not yet heard, or received a reply, yet they have already responded to the positive (??) feedback they have received, so I know they have access to their site mail as well as their email.

If I do not get a response from the vendor, how would I go about getting a refund if they are unwilling to fix the problem?

Thanks for any support!

I also want to add that one of the textures, when loaded does not render properlly either.  So far this outfit is a total mess.  I'm not even sure what to think.  Very disapointed.

I don't know how it got passed tested.. or how there could be positive reviews for it already.  Very confused.
